No worries on this front. We have members of all shapes and sizes, various fitness levels from novice to experienced campers. We have an ‘Everyone’s in it together’ policy so nobody will get left behind. Don’t worry if you can’t do certain exercises, one of our experienced coaches will always be there to give you an alternative.
You may feel a little sore after your first couple of sessions but this will ease off after you’re 1st week with Leanbootcamps.
You’re strength, fitness, flexibility and recovery will all see massive improvements within the first few weeks of bootcamp and you will be well on you’re way to a new level of fitness as well as a much improved physique!
No problem, we provide workouts for you to do in the space of your own home.
